I began in new construction, land development and water/ fire rehabilitation in 1998.  In 2003, I earned my Associate Broker License.  In 2006 and 2007, I led a team of real estate professionals for Maryland’s HUD Broad Listing Broker Program for Anne Arundel & Calvert Counties.  I currently serve with the Anne Arundel County Realtors Association on the Grievance Committee, Legislative Committee and Forms Committee.

I am organized with systems in place to handle routine issues and resolve problems quickly and effectively.  I employ simple strategies using common sense to aggressively maintain, price and market properties from list to contract until settlement. 

I have virtually wireless systems and capabilities for processing and completing transactions from start to finish and anywhere in between.  I provide timely and detailed attention to all of my clients, no matter the size of the transaction.

I answer the phone and return messages promptly, from 10am thru midnight, 365 days a year.  I am motivated, aggressive, resourceful and can multi task.  Over the years, I have a maintained a core group of professionals including two real estate attorneys, licensed contractors, specialists and engineers.
